Lyvo

We run creative as a test.

Most ad creative gets made, shipped, and judged on a hunch. We build every batch to be measured, so you know which piece won, why it won, and what to make more of.

Lyvo runs ad creative as a structured test. Every week we produce a batch of UGC, statics, hooks and ad copy, put it into your paid social under a test that isolates one variable at a time, and use the result to decide what to make next.

Creative testing dashboard showing ad performance metrics and winners

A system beats a hunch.

Two things decide whether paid social works: how much creative you can put into the market, and how cleanly you can read what came back. Volume with no test is noise. A test with no volume is a single data point you cannot trust. You need both at once.

One ad that works is luck. Something that keeps finding the next winner after this one wears out is the thing worth paying for.

The four steps, up close.

Map what's
worth testing.

We start where the answers already are. Your current top ads, your reviews, your support tickets, the words your customers use when they describe the product to a friend. We pull the recurring hooks, objections and moments out of that, and turn them into a list of angles worth testing. Each angle is a claim we can prove or kill, not a vibe. You approve the list before anything gets made.

8-12
Angles per brief

A full batch,
every week.

We build a batch every week, two ways depending on your budget and your brand. Our AI production system takes an approved angle and turns out finished ad variations: video, statics, hooks and cutdowns, in a fraction of the time a shoot takes. That speed is what creates the volume a real test needs. When a brand wants real faces and real hands on the product, we bring in creators for UGC. Most accounts use both.

3x
More volume than typical in-house

One variable.
Clean read.

This is the part most creative work skips. We put the batch live under a structure that changes one thing at a time. Same angle, three hooks. Same hook, two formats. Winning offer, four new executions. When a variable moves the result, you know which one, because we held the rest still. You learn why an ad worked, and why becomes the brief for the next batch.

Bi-weekly
Test cycles, not monthly

Winners pushed.
Losers cut.

The winners get pushed further. We reversion the ones that cleared the bar into more cuts, more lengths, more placements, and hand them to whoever runs your media. The ones that lost get cut without ceremony. The next batch is built on what this test taught us, so the account keeps moving instead of resetting every month.

Creative production loop

How we make
this much.

AI production
Volume and speed. Finished variations in a fraction of the time a shoot takes.
Real creators
UGC when the brand calls for it. Real faces, real hands on the product.

The reason we can put a full batch in front of you every week is a production system we built around AI. It takes an approved angle and returns finished variations: video, statics, hooks and cutdowns, in a fraction of the time a traditional shoot runs. More shots on goal, and the test decides which ones stay.

When the budget and the brand call for real creators, we run that track too: sourced creators, real UGC, real hands on the product. The method flexes with your budget. The test stays the same either way.

We keep the labels honest. Creator-led work is UGC. AI-produced work we call what it is, so you always know which track a piece came from.

What counts as a winner.

A winner is the ad that cleared the bar you set before the test ran, not whatever your personal favourite in the review was. We agree that bar with you up front, in the numbers your account already lives by: hook rate, hold, cost per result, the metrics your media team reports on. An ad that beats the bar gets more variations. An ad that misses gets cut. Taste opens the door. The numbers decide who stays.

A test that produces no winner is still a result. It kills a set of angles and points us at the ones left standing, so the next batch starts smarter. No week is wasted on a hunch.

Lyvo makes the creative and designs the test. When you want the media run too, our partner Klevie, the growth company, runs it, so the buying decisions and the creative test read from the same data. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between what gets made and what gets learned.

Process FAQ.

How many variations go into a test?

Enough to isolate a variable and get a clean read, sized to your spend. A test that is too small tells you nothing you can trust.

What if nothing wins this week?

That is still useful. It rules out a set of angles and sharpens the next batch. You are paying for a process that keeps searching, not for one lucky ad.

Do you need access to our ad account?

We design the test and hand over the assets and the plan. Your media team, or Klevie, runs it. We need the results back to read them and brief the next round.

How is this different from a UGC agency?

A UGC shop sends you videos and moves on. We send you a test, the winners it found, and a reason to believe the next batch will find more.
